Can I add more personalization options?
Each book is carefully designed to include key personalization features such as your child’s name, photo, and dedication. At the moment, we don’t offer custom story changes beyond what’s available on our product pages.

Do you offer books in other languages?
Yes! Some of our titles are available in English and Portuguese, and we’re expanding our selection. Check the product description to see language options.

Can I edit or cancel my order?
Because our books are personalized and printed just for you, changes or cancellations can only be made if your order hasn’t gone to print yet. Please contact us immediately at help@fablifykids.com

How do I track my order?
Once your book ships, you’ll receive a tracking email. You can also log into your account to check order status.

How long will delivery take?
Processing and printing usually take 3–5 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location but typically range from 5–10 business days.

My order says “Delivered” but I haven’t received it.
Sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered up to 24 hours early. Please wait one business day, then check with neighbors or your local post office. If it still hasn’t arrived, email help@fablifykids.com
and we’ll investigate.

I won’t be home for delivery. What should I do?
If you know you won’t be home and your area has a history of package theft, we recommend using a secure address (like a workplace or a family member’s address) or leaving a note for the carrier requesting not to leave the package unattended.

Can I send a book as a gift?
Yes! You can ship directly to the recipient by entering their address at checkout. Receipts are never included in the package.

Do you offer gift wrapping or messages?
At this time, we don’t offer separate gift wrapping, but we’re working on it for future releases.

If you received the wrong book or details don’t match what you entered, please contact us within 15 days of delivery at help@fablifykids.com

If your book arrived damaged in transit, we’ll gladly replace it.

We’ll handle it as quickly as possible with our print partner.

My book is poor quality
It’s rare that a book doesn’t meet our standards, but if something isn’t right with the print or binding, we’ll make it right.

Duty and Extra Fees
Depending on your country, customs or import duties may apply. These fees are not included in our prices and must be paid by the customer.

Can I rush my order?
Because our books are made-to-order and printed individually, we’re unable to speed up production.
We recommend ordering early, especially around holidays, to ensure delivery in time.

What if I don’t receive my order in time?
Please be aware that we do not control postal services, customs, or weather delays.
While we do our best to print and ship promptly, unexpected issues may delay your order.
We recommend ordering ahead of time to avoid frustration and disappointment.
